Change of Mind

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order and return the original.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Pampered Pets Hub is not responsible for items marked as successfully delivered but reported lost or stolen. Please contact the courier for assistance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
